INSTALLATION
Unboxing examines various forms and textures of fashion inviting one to look at them as a combination of countless amount of components. Although fashion here is supposedly packed into boxes, the repetitive yet always slightly differing lines and forms are offering a thought that our options to create new combinations each time can never be exhausted even if very similar.
The spectator is left to decide whether these boxes should be considered a limitation or on the contrary an opportunity to rethink, recreate and reuse available looks each and every time.
The installation was a part of an exhibition that took place during Dizaino Dienos 2022 in Mykolas Žilinskas Art Gallery, Kaunas.
